Deborah Walker

Deborah Walker serves as Content Marketing Manager and Global Social Media Manager at the Project Management Institute since 2021, overseeing a team of six direct reports and 28 regional agency staff to execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across 19 countries and various languages. Previously, Deborah was a Senior Social Media Strategist and a Social Media Strategist at the same organization, providing leadership in content creation and campaign management. Earlier experience includes serving as Program Manager for the Medical Home Initiative at the American Academy of Pediatrics, where responsibilities included grant research and project implementation. Deborah holds an M.Ed. in Instructional Systems Design from Penn State Great Valley and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
