Gregory Reynolds is an accomplished leader in product architecture and customer experience, currently serving as Vice President of Product Architecture & Experience at the Project Management Institute since July 2021. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Binghamton University.
