Joslyn Giannini has extensive experience in customer advocacy and management, currently serving as Customer Advocate Manager and previously as Customer Care Supervisor at the Project Management Institute since March 2014. Prior to this role, Joslyn worked at CardioNet from 2006 to 2011 as Manager of Learning and Performance Improvement.
