Louise Games is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in membership management and marketing within various organizations. Currently serving as Membership Manager and Product Manager for Global Solutions at Project Management Institute since April 2011, Louise has a track record of enhancing customer experience and driving membership acquisition and retention strategies. Previous roles include Executive Director at the Postgraduate Medicine Community Outreach Program, VP Membership at the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers, and VP Marketing at the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute.
