Bhadresh Sutaria is Managing Partner at Mind Dynamics LLC – providing technology, finance, and strategy consulting services and advisory support to startups and Private Equity investors. Bhadresh has solid Board experience and strong background in Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Business Development in Education, Technology, Logistics and Life Sciences. As CFO & Senior Vice President, Finance & Strategy for Pearson’s K-12 business Bhadresh was responsible for strategy, business performance management, planning and analysis, and M&A and Strategic Partnerships from Finance perspective. During his tenure as CFO, the business gained market share and delivered record revenues, profits, and margins while investing in research and future products. He has worked with Investment Banks for M&A and evaluated startups. He has hands-on experience dealing with investment decisions, development and business management for many Education Technology products and Education contracts with District, State, and Federal Agencies. Bhadresh has undergraduate degrees in Commerce and Law from Gujarat University in India, Graduate degrees in Accounting & Tax from University of Illinois and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University and CPA certification.
