Jennifer Lingan

Jennifer Lingan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic development and program management. As the Principal of Strategic Development at PPC since August 2011, Jennifer plays a key role in shaping the company's direction and growth in the government IT sector. Past roles include Director of Professional Development and Education at the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council, where Jennifer managed prestigious leadership programs and developed a comprehensive business strategy.
