Meredith Suh currently serves as the Head of M&A and Partnerships at Vanguard, a position held since June 2018, and is part of the Office of the General Counsel. Previously, Meredith was the Deputy General Counsel at Harron Entertainment from January 2017 to May 2018, providing legal advice on acquisitions and various corporate matters. Prior to that, Meredith worked as Corporate Counsel at Lazard from July 2013 to July 2016, managing legal affairs related to commercial contracts and compliance. Earlier experience includes an associate role at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where Meredith focused on mergers and acquisitions, and as an associate at Lehman Brothers managing significant technology budgets. Meredith holds a BBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and a JD from The George Washington University Law School.
