Paul Meyers

Paul Meyers is a Senior Director of Program Excellence at DSA, where they currently oversee program management initiatives. Previously, Paul served as a Deputy Program Manager at PPC, supporting the USPTO's Design, Engineering, Architecture and Integration program, and as Program Manager at the Department of Education, providing program support for the Office of the CIO. Paul led multiple quality initiatives as the Director of Corporate Quality Management at PPC, achieving significant certifications in process performance. In their earlier role at Project Performance Corporation, Paul managed the implementation of a Performance Budgeting System for the Commonwealth of Virginia. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Statistical Science from the University at Buffalo.
