Tracey Chitwood Mph Otr/L

Tracey Chitwood MPH OTR/L is an experienced Occupational Therapist with a diverse background in pediatric and adult therapies. Currently serving at Williamson Medical Center and Project Play Therapy, LLC since December 2017 and January 2018 respectively, Tracey has a strong foundation in pediatric occupational therapy, having previously worked at Highlands Community Services, Ballad Health, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Tracey's earlier experience includes roles at Johnston Memorial Hospital focusing on adult orthopedic care and various pediatric therapy settings. Tracey Chitwood holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from East Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Mount Mary University.
