Chris Hanson is an experienced electrical engineer with a career spanning several decades in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as an Electrical Project Engineer at Project Portfolio Management (PPM) since January 2024, Chris previously held significant positions at IXOM as the E.I and Control Systems Manager Australia and Electrical Engineering Leader, following the company's acquisition of Orica Chemicals in March 2015. Prior experience includes working as an Electrical Engineer for Orica Chemicals, a Senior Electrical Engineer at Locke Engineering Services with expertise in HV, MV, and LV design, as well as roles at Carter Associates Pty Ltd and Coal and Allied Pty Ltd as an Electrical Engineer and Shift Engineer, respectively. Chris holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Newcastle, completed in 1986.
