Angela Brunswick

Angela Brunswick is the Director of ScanVan at Project Renewal. Angela has over ten years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on program and project management. Angela has a proven track record of successfully leading teams and executing plans to achieve desired outcomes.

Angela began their career as a Program Manager for the Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS). In this role, they were responsible for managing the Transformation Center for Primary Care Initiative (TCPI), a statewide program that provided technical assistance and resources to primary care practices. Angela was successful in leading the TCPI team and executing the program’s goals and objectives.

In 2012, Angela transitioned to Mobile Health Management Services, Inc., where they served as Director of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, including finance, human resources, and information technology. Angela successfully led the company through a period of growth and expansion.

In 2014, Angela became Program Director at Sunnyside Citywide Home Health Services, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the agency’s home health care program. Angela successfully implemented numerous process improvements that resulted in increased efficiency and quality of care.

In 2018, Angela transitioned to Common Ground Health, where they served as Practice Transformation Program Manager. In this role, they were responsible for supporting regional technical assistance providers with delivering practice transformation tools, coaching, and training to clinicians throughout New York State Practice Transformation Network (NYSPTN). Angela was successful in partnering with project team members to strategize and execute plans for project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Angela is currently serving as Director of ScanVan at Project Renewal. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program, including operations, finance, and human resources. Angela is committed to ensuring that all patients have access to high-quality health care.

Angela Brunswick has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications - Broadcast Management from Howard University and a Master of Public Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from LIU Post.

Angela Brunswick reports to Allison Grolnick, Chief Medical Officer. They are on a team with Robin Kahan-Berman - Director, Occupational Therapy, Miranda Von Dornum - Medical Director, Primary Care, and Carli Wargo - Director, Recovery Center.
