Nate Oatman is the Founder-Managing Partner of Iron Rooster, LLC, where Nate assists privately held lower to mid-market companies in navigating critical phases of their development since January 2019. Oatman also serves on the advisory boards of multiple companies including Project Resources Group, Inc., Merritt Aluminum Products Company, NEI Electric Power Engineering Inc., and Sospes. Previously, Oatman held leadership roles at CapitalValue Advisors, where Nate was the Head of Business Development and Strategy, and Crowe, where Oatman was the Director of Business Development. Additional experience includes positions at Salo LLC, Lazard Middle Market, and the Mayor's Office of Economic Development in Denver. Oatman earned a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance from Drake University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver.
