Parker Allred

Parker Allred is an experienced construction and project management professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Since August 2016, Parker has held multiple roles at Project Resources Group, Inc., including Director of CPM, Senior Construction Manager, Construction Manager - Texas, and Project Manager. Prior to this, Parker served as a Construction Manager via Vaco at Google, focusing on oversight of Special Projects within the Google Fiber initiative. Parker's career began at Texas Networking, Inc., which was founded and launched by Parker, achieving $2M in revenue in commercial and multifamily projects. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Union Pacific Railroad, where oversight encompassed $800M in assets, and as an OSP Project Manager at XO Communications, overseeing a multimillion-dollar underground fiber optic project. Parker holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications from Sam Houston State University and has previously attended The University of Texas at Austin.
