Tim Davies has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tim is currently the CEO/Co-Founder of Projekt Rising, a company that helps businesses automate slow and inefficient processes using artificial intelligence. Prior to this, Tim worked at Upwork as the Head of International Services, where they managed enterprise accounts that crossed international boundaries. Tim also served as an Engagement Manager, responsible for designing and managing complex programs for European enterprise clients. Before Upwork, Tim worked as a freelance Project and Business Transformation Consultant, where they worked with business partners to develop and implement solutions to improve business performance. In the early stages of their career, Tim worked at Caterpillar Inc. where they held several roles including Business Transformation Process Architect, IPSD Research Manager, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Information Systems Project Manager, and Information Systems Analyst. In these roles, Tim gained experience in process improvement, system development, strategy development, quality improvement, and cost reduction.
Tim Davies pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Computing from the University of Sunderland, attending from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certification as a Certified Contingnent Workforce Professional from Staffing Industry Analysts in April 2016.
