KALYP Technologies Ltd, a provider of enterprise software powering smart financial networks, and Strategy-Partners LLC, focused on climate change initiatives, develop a solution to accelerate the much-needed progress to compliant net-zero glide paths. This is Project Samsø, taking inspiration from the eponymous carbon neutral Danish island aiming to become completely carbon-free by 2030.

With its embedded digital register, smart workflows, and services marketplace, the Samsø infrastructure will, first, improve today’s carbon emission and offset verification and certification process. Secondly, the resulting reliable carbon footprints fuel Samsø’s novel and automated conversion of existing shares into carbon-neutral securities. This conversion is financed by investors, making their investment compliant with the Paris Accord while accelerating the underlying company’s path to net-zero or better.

Samsø offers a substantial business opportunity for qualified parties, being carbon emission or offset i) registries, ii) verifiers, iii) certifiers, iv) auditors, or v) investors.
