This team of skilled teachers and lead educators develops and implements engaging curricula, coordinates hands-on learning experiences, and integrates art to foster creativity in STEM fields, all while supporting and nurturing future female scientists through the organization's three-phase program pipeline.

The Leadership Team at Project Scientist is responsible for setting strategic direction, forging impactful partnerships, and ensuring program effectiveness. Comprised of the CEO, Senior Vice President of Advancement & Partnerships, and the Chief Program and Impact Officer, this team drives the vision and operational excellence necessary to advance girls and women in STEM from early childhood through advanced academic and professional stages.
