Project Starfish is a "disruptive" visionary employment model, first ever global, virtual, contemporary, professional business empowerment and work experience development program for unemployed yet educated blind / visually impaired and disabled professionals who have intellect yet do not get the professional opportunities others do. 

The model is termed as an " Experienceship " where professionals not only develop skills, but build contemporary work experience by working with global small/ emerging/ startup businesses on specific projects creating the first ever dedicated business development force for emerging businesses who need help to execute more and generate money.

Project Starfish is a strict " zero dollar " investment model, that is disrupting traditional workforce development programs. It runs without any donation, handouts and charity.It runs on skill sharing, investment of time and cooperation from others in society which creates more impact than money has ever done. Traditional charity models run on money, which is like "feeding fish". Project Starfish on the other hand "teaches how to fish". It creates new jobs in the market, solves unemployment challenges, creates free enterprise, brings jobs back lost to outsourcing and creates tangible value - without a single dollar of investment. Its a solution, not band-aid!
