Project Sunshine
Elma Steven is the Head of Product Development at SkyrocketBPO since May 2022, responsible for driving innovation in business and financial consulting services, with a focus on small and mid-sized businesses in North America and Europe. Prior roles include serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Bain & Company from January 2019 to April 2022, where Elma managed budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, and a Financial Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from August 2015 to October 2017. Elma's early career includes a Financial Services Associate position at Bain & Company from March 2011 to May 2013. Elma is also a volunteer advisor at Project Sunshine since April 2017. Elma holds an MBA in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from HEC Paris, completed in September 2013.
