Kavya Bhavaraju has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kavya started their professional career as an intern at Axiom Consulting Ltd in 2017, where they gained valuable experience. In 2019, Kavya worked at Procter & Gamble as a Human-Centered Product Designer, focusing on developing sustainable packaging solutions. Kavya then joined Northwestern University as a Teaching Assistant for Industrial Design Projects and also worked as a Session Captain at the Segal Design Institute. In 2020, Kavya completed academic projects, such as designing a child safety device for Jiobit and developing a service for Feeding America to promote donations. Kavya also interned at Axiom Consulting Ltd. During their time at Northwestern University in 2021, Kavya worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Designing Your Life course. Recently, in 2021 and 2023, they held leadership positions as the Chief of Staff, Services at Project Verte and as the Manager of Operational Services at Osa Commerce, respectively. Kavya's experience spans product design, user research, teaching, and project management, showcasing their versatility and expertise in the field.
