Douglas Edwards

Douglas Edwards has worked for a number of companies since 2005. Douglas began their career at Regions Financial Corporation as a Loan Specialist for Small Business Lending. Douglas then completed an internship at Clayton Capital Partners as a Middle Market M&A Research Analyst in 2007. In 2008, they completed an internship at Edward Jones as a Mutual Fund Research Analyst. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Law Clerk (Externship) at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Following this, they were an Appellate Law Clerk at the Colorado State Supreme Court. In 2011, they joined Hogan Lovells as an Associate. In 2017, they became Counsel at WilmerHale. In 2021, they joined Vesta, PBC as Head of Operations and Counsel and Director of Strategic Development. Additionally, they have been the Director and Board Chairman of Bright by Three since 2014.

Douglas Edwards received their J.D. from the University of Colorado in 2010, their M.B.A., summa cum laude, in Finance from the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business - Saint Louis University in 2008, and their B.S. in Economics from Louisiana State University in 2004.
