Rupert Pearson

Rupert Pearson has extensive experience in both the educational and financial services sectors. Currently serving as People Development Lead and L&D Lead at Projective Group since October 2021, Rupert focuses on transformation strategies within the financial services field. Previous roles include Head of Education and Training and Director of Business Development at DTSQUARED, Secondary Maths Teacher at Lady Manners School and Silverdale School, and EMEA Commodities COO and Head of Front Office Risk at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where responsibilities included managing the EMEA Commodities trading business and participating in key governance committees. Rupert began a career in finance as a Market Risk Analyst at Scotiabank and worked in accounts control and reconciliation at NatWest Markets. Rupert holds a PGCE in Education from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of London.
