Sara McConnell

Sara has served in the HR space for nearly 20 years. She has had the great opportunity to serve as a communication hub for C-suite leaders, staff, partners, and managers for several companies. Working in a people-centric field, it is so important to create space for each member of the team to be able to find the space they need to share, inquire, learn, innovate, and thrive. She finds that her greatest skill is building confidence in relationships with cross-functional partners. She also finds it incredibly important to allow her colleagues to know they have the time and the space to be a person, that your career doesn’t make up the sum of who you are as a person, and it should be additive to your life as a whole.
