Francesca Descalzo, MBA

Francesca Descalzo, MBA has over 10 years of professional work experience. Francesca began their career in 2009 as a Sales and Marketing Intern with Projects Unlimited, where they reported directly to the COO and President and was assigned to the Corporate Department for the Aerospace Division as well as the Marketing department for the Audio Division. In 2011, they became an Executive Officer at YesPinoy Foundation, where they were responsible for project management, marketing and events mobilization, sponsorship and donor coordination, as well as social media and website management. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Payment Specialist at Citibank N.A. and then as a Merchandising Assistant at Stores Specialists, Inc. In 2015, they became an Account Manager at Publicis Manila, Inc. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Okada Manila as a Sr. Entertainment Marketing Manager, Brand Marketing Manager, and Advertising Associate. During this same time period, they also worked as an Associate Business Unit Director and Account Director at Republic Creative Creations, Inc. and as a Consultant - Project Coordinator at Asian Development Bank (ADB). Currently, they are a Program Manager at Projects Unlimited.

Francesca Descalzo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ateneo Graduate School of Business, which they obtained in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management major in Applied Corporate Management from De La Salle University in 2011. Francesca also attended Vandalia Butler High School in 2005-2006 and Zamboanga Chong Hua High School in 2001-2005. Descalzo also has two additional certifications: "How to Crush Self-Doubt and Build Self-Confidence" from LinkedIn obtained in November 2020, and "Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate" from Meta obtained in November 2021.
