Rodrigo López Ascama has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rodrigo started their career as a creative and producer at "La torre de Gamarra" where they were involved in campaign maintenance and launch events. Rodrigo then worked as an assistant sequence at Global TV before joining Banco de Crédito BCP as a commercial advisor, specializing in telemarketing and credit card sales.

Following that, Rodrigo worked at Geeks on Site for almost four years, initially as a customer service agent and later as a team leader. Rodrigo also handled quality control, acted as a human resources agent, and managed internal communications. Rodrigo then moved to Grupo Roky's as a marketing analyst.

Rodrigo's experience in marketing expanded as they became the head of marketing at Organic Rainforest SAC, responsible for marketing campaigns, coordinating with fairs and events, and designing exhibition stands. Rodrigo later joined Aicasa Perú, a conglomerate with various business lines, where they served as a marketing manager, overseeing brand management, digital strategies, content marketing, and graphic design.

Rodrigo continued their marketing career as the head of marketing at Arredondo Ingenieros, where they developed monthly marketing plans and managed budgets for multiple companies within the group.

In addition to their marketing roles, Rodrigo co-founded Colectivo IgualQTuPerú, a LGBTQ+ collective where they served as vice-president and engaged in political activism and community advocacy. Rodrigo also worked as a photographer, developer, creative, and community manager for the collective.

Rodrigo is currently employed as a sales and marketing associate at projectworks.io, where they create content on LinkedIn to attract companies offering professional services in the US, Canada, and the UK. However, they aspire to return to their passion for brand management and marketing.

Rodrigo López Ascama's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Universidad Alas Peruanas, which they obtained from 2008 to 2013. Following this, from 2018 to 2019, they pursued a Higher National Diploma in Marketing/Gestión de marketing, general at Centro de Capacitación Empresarial - CCL.
