Kara brings over 20 years of experience in consulting, operations, account, and program management. She has led several large consulting engagements within the highest-ranking companies and across the Fortune 100 at both the delivery and account levels.

Prior to projekt202, Kara’s consulting experience was primarily spent in custom training where she not only helped manage operations but also led the development of large-scale training programs with clients.

Kara is focused on operational excellence, leading teams to work efficiently and effectively while producing the highest quality work. She leads the Seattle team, directing sales and account management and ensuring the quality of execution, from opportunity identification to project completion, across all engagements.
