Kipp Hollingsworth has a diverse work experience. Kipp is currently the Director of IT Services and Operations at ProKidney Corp. Prior to this role, they held positions at Intelligent Business Solutions, Inc. including Chief Information Officer and Director of IT, Integration, and Support. In these roles, they managed product development and support for two major software applications and oversaw the IT infrastructure and development teams. Additionally, they worked part-time as a Piedmont Triad Sales and Marketing Representative for Highland Brewing Company, where they focused on building the brand's name and maintaining customer relationships. Kipp also served as a Member of the Board of Directors for Pop The Cap: North Carolinians for Specialty Beer. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in changing North Carolina legislation and organizing fundraising and promotional events.
Kipp Hollingsworth attended Appalachian State University from 1994 to 1999, majoring in Computer Information Systems. Kipp then pursued a Bachelor of Education - BEd degree in CTE - Workforce Leadership and Development at Appalachian State University from 2021 to 2022. Prior to attending university, they completed their high school education at Southwest Guilford High School from 1990 to 1994.
