Todd Girolamo

Todd Girolamo has extensive experience in the legal and corporate development field. Todd is currently the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at ProKidney Corp. Prior to this role, they served as a Board Member at Longeveron Inc. from February 2022 to June 2023. From January 2011 to March 2022, Todd held multiple positions at Caladrius Biosciences, including Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, and Corporate Secretary. Before that, they worked as a Managing Director at Summer Street Research Partners from 2004 to 2010. Todd also has experience as a Director at Leerink Partners LLC from 2002 to 2004, as well as CIBC World Markets from 1998 to 2001. Todd started their career as a Senior Associate Attorney at Reid & Priest/ Boulanger Hicks & Churchill from 1993 to 1996, and as an Associate Attorney at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP from 1990 to 1993.

Todd Girolamo attended Harvard University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained an AB degree in psychology/biology. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School from 1987 to 1990 and obtained a JD degree. Todd further pursued their education at Columbia Business School from 1996 to 1998, earning an MBA.
