Donald Nagle has extensive work experience in the field of consulting, specializing in strategic change, merger integration, organizational development, change management strategy, and leadership development/coaching. Donald founded their own consulting company, Donald Nagle Consulting in 2008 and has since provided a range of services such as designing/implementing new organizational units, facilitating cooperation across organizations in support of customers, and supporting cultural integration of acquired companies. In 2011, they joined ProKo Agency Inc as COO, where they worked on operational business processes and talent/client management. Donald also worked as a Senior Partner at M&A Partners, providing practical advice and support for acquisition integrations. Prior to that, they held various roles at companies such as Plastic Logic, PricewaterhouseCoopers, HP, and E&Y, where they gained experience in marketing operations, directorship, senior management, and consulting engagements in areas like operations strategy, organizational change management, and business process improvement. Throughout their career, they have contributed to professional development within their organizations by teaching classes and workshops in various areas of expertise.
Donald Nagle has a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. Donald pursued post-graduate studies in Management of Organizations at Columbia Business School.
