Liz Steblay has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and companies. Liz is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Advocate of PICA, a national membership organization that supports independent consultants in their career by providing various resources and advocacy for changing how corporate America engages independent talent. Liz also serves as a Blogger, sharing practical advice based on their 20 years of consultancy experience.

Prior to their work at PICA, Liz founded and served as the President of PrōKo Agency Inc, a consulting matchmaker that connects F500 leaders with pre-vetted consultants specializing in organizational effectiveness. Before that, they worked as an Independent Consultant, gaining experience in various projects.

Liz has also worked as a Business Readiness Expert at Franklin Templeton Investments, an Organizational Change Consultant at Raley's and Clorox, and the Change Management Team Lead for Kyphon/Medtronic at Medtronic. Liz also served as the Principal Consultant at Louis Allen Worldwide and worked on organizational change projects at NetApp and Levi Strauss & Co.
