Martin Rydland

Martin Rydland is an experienced professional in strategic operations and procurement consulting, currently serving as an Associate Partner at Prokura since August 2018, where responsibilities include procurement transformation and large-scale cost-out programs. Prior to this role, Martin worked as a Manager at KPMG from August 2015 to August 2018, focusing on strategy and operations consulting with over 10 public sector projects related to procurement and supply chain. From October 2012 to July 2015, Martin held the position of Category Manager at IHI Corporation, managing hydraulic equipment for coal-fired power plants, which involved tender management and budgeting for project proposals.
