Nikolaj Josiassen

Nikolaj Josiassen is an experienced professional in people development, procurement, and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Department at Andel since July 2023. As the owner and founder of Nikolaj Josiassen ApS since September 2021, the focus is on team development and management training. Additional roles include Senior Associate at Management Centre Europe and Industrial Advisor for Prokura, both starting in 2023, along with ongoing positions as Talent Advisor at TalentAdvice and External Lecturer at Copenhagen Business School since 2014.
