Pier Tansey

Pier Tansey, MS, PA-C, currently serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at Prolaio since November 2024. Prior to this role, Tansey held positions at VillageMD, including Regional Senior Director of Clinical Services and Director of Clinical Operations from December 2020 to December 2024. At MD Anderson Cancer Center, Tansey was the Manager of Clinical Informatics, EHR Ambulatory Optimization from February 2014 to March 2020, leading a team in process and quality improvements through Epic implementations, and previously served as Supervisor of Surgical Oncology from January 2000 to November 2013. Tansey holds a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Baylor College of Medicine and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
