Tiffany Lucas

Tiffany Lucas, MS, P.E. is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in materials development and failure analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Materials Development Engineer at Prolec GE Waukesha since January 2019, Tiffany leads cross-functional teams in transformer R&D. Previous roles include Materials Engineer at Engineering Systems Inc., where Tiffany provided failure analysis for industrial and legal clients, and Materials Engineer at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, contributing to production supervision and R&D. Tiffany's earlier experience includes positions at Madison College as an Electron Microscopy Instructor, Kohler Co. as a Metallurgical Project Engineer, and internships at Harley-Davidson, Mercury Marine, and Hydrite Chemical Co. Tiffany holds a Master of Science in Materials Science Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
