Tim Ivans

Tim Ivans is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and process engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Prolec Energy since July 2022, Tim previously held senior roles at Lucas-Milhaupt and SPX Transformer Solutions, Inc., focusing on continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost reduction. Tim's career includes engineering positions at Rockwell Automation and Sentry Equipment Corp, as well as a foundational background with co-op roles at Patrick Cudahy Inc., Harley-Davidson Motor Company, and Kohler Company.
