Troy Kabrich

Troy Kabrich has over three decades of experience in the power transformer industry, holding significant leadership roles at Prolec Energy from May 2010 to October 2022, including Vice President US Operations, where responsibilities encompassed managing multiple US facilities and overseeing daily production with a team of over 850 associates. Kabrich previously served as Vice President Operations for the Waukesha Facility and as Vice President & General Manager for Goldsboro, handling manufacturing operations for various transformer types and directing field service activities. Prior experience at ABB from November 1990 to March 2004 included roles such as Director of Field Service, where Kabrich managed the startup of a service division, and Manager of Technical Support and Repair. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Electric Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
