Christina Girardi

Christina Girardi is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in value-based care and clinical network development. Currently serving as the Director of Value Based Care & Clinical Network Development at Proliance Surgeons since July 2024, Christina previously worked at Providence as the Director of High Performing Network, where a startup high-performing network was successfully launched across Washington and Montana. At Swedish, Christina held the position of Director of Operations, enhancing provider productivity and patient access significantly. Earlier in the career at Healogics, Inc., Christina held multiple leadership roles, including Market Director, where strategic initiatives led to transformative changes and improved organizational culture. Christina holds a Master of Science in Management with a Healthcare Specialization from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Movement & Sports Science from Purdue University.
