Steve McCullough

Steve McCullough is an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in leading high-performing teams and managing software development projects. Currently at Prolific since August 2023, Steve previously held positions as Engineering Manager at Trustpilot and Sounds RMS Tech Lead at BBC, where contributions included developing the BBC Sounds product and managing performance through best practices. Prior to these roles, Steve served as Development Lead at Bellrock Technology Limited, where the focus was on the Lumen platform for analytics in the energy sector, and as a Team Lead at Capita, managing an agile team. Steve's earlier experience includes work as a Software Designer at JP Morgan and a solid educational foundation with a Master’s in Information Technology from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor's degree in Directing and Theatrical Production from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
