Frank Mulligan

Frank leads both Prolifics UK and Prolifics Testing, serving new and existing clients with application modernization, digital transformation, testing and quality assurance initiatives. Frank joined Prolifics UK in August 2020 after a 26-year career with IBM, where he held high level roles in software services and sales. He graduated with honors from the University of Leeds with a bachelor’s degree in International History & Politics. Frank lives outside of London with his partner Lucy and their two children. An avid outdoorsman, he skis, golfs, hikes and climbs – including Kilimanjaro and the Annapurna base camp – while also targeting 5,000 cycling miles annually.
