Katie Rowan

Katie Rowan has extensive experience in account management and customer service within the industrial equipment sector, currently serving as an Account Manager at ProLift Industrial Equipment since June 2013, following roles as a Customer Service Sales Representative and Rental Agent. Prior to this, Katie engaged in real estate as a Realtor with the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of REALTORS from 2004 to January 2013 and held the position of Relocation Director at Milestone Realty Consultants during their time at Ball Homes, LLC from 2005 to 2011. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Sales Consultant/Counselor from 2003 to 2005, where responsibilities included client counseling and business development. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky, obtained in 2002.
