Jim Mattera

Jim Mattera is a seasoned professional in the retirement planning sector, with over 43 years of experience in retirement sales, management, and consulting. After a long career that included key roles such as Regional Director at CBIZ Retirement Plan Services and Managing Director of Institutional Sales at ICMA-RC, Jim Mattera retired from the industry in July 2019. Currently, Jim is actively involved in volunteering, serving as a member of the Financial Investment Advisory Committee for the Jacksonville, FL Police & Fire Pension Fund, mentoring small business owners through SCORE Mentors, and teaching English as a second language at Washington English Center. Jim holds a Master's degree in American History and an undergraduate degree in History from Boston College.
