Neha E Jacob is a seasoned Human Resources professional, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at PROLOGIC FIRST since January 2020, where responsibilities include managing recruitment and selection processes while addressing employee relations issues. Prior to this, Neha held the position of HR & Admin Manager at Entire Software, focusing on staff recruitment and job description management. Neha's career began at Euro-a-Zipper India Pvt Ltd as a Senior Operation and CRM Executive, managing customer inquiries and invoicing, followed by a role as Manager - Operations at Inter Protect Marine, overseeing security personnel and manpower allocation. Early in the career, Neha worked as an HR Executive at ITMSL, handling customer interactions and supporting the Directors' office. Neha is currently pursuing a PG Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, building on a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kalinga University.
