Yosi Shavit Mba

Yosi Shavit, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the Cyber and Information Security field, currently serves as the Head of the Cyber Security Department at the Ministry of Environmental Protection since February 2017. In addition to this role, Yosi is a Cyber Security Specialist at Prologic Ltd. and a Cyber Security Expert at InduSec, contributing expertise in various capacities. Yosi also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Achva Academic College and lectures in Cyber and Information Security for the BSc. degree in Information Systems. Previous experience includes serving as a Security Information & Cyber Specialist at the Israeli Ministry of Education, where responsibilities encompassed developing security policies, conducting research for security technologies, and leading a security awareness program. Yosi holds a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from Technion and an MBA in Business Management from The Open University of Israel, along with several professional certifications including CISO, CISM, and CISSP.
