Ellen Scheerders

Ellen Scheerders serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition Europe at Prologis since October 2022, bringing extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition from previous roles. Prior to Prologis, Ellen worked as the Regional Head of Recruitment at Morgan Stanley, where leadership of a team of 35 recruiters in APAC was key. Ellen also held the position of Country Lead for Hong Kong and China Talent Acquisition at Deutsche Bank, overseeing the recruitment process and collaborating with business leaders. Earlier roles include Senior Manager of Recruitment at AIA, Team Leader at Randstad Hong Kong, and Manager of Corporate Accounts & Events at Parktheater Eindhoven. Ellen began a career in recruitment at Randstad Nederland as a Sales Consultant. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from The Hague University and additional studies in Public Administration and French.
