Eva van der Pluijm-Kok

Eva van der Pluijm-Kok is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and strategy within the real estate sector, currently serving as the Head of European Research & Strategy and Vice President at Prologis since August 2012. In addition to leading the European Corporate Responsibility (CR) Committee, Eva has held various roles at Prologis that focus on analyzing market conditions and providing insights on the logistics property market. With a strong educational background, including degrees from The London School of Economics, University of Aberdeen, and University of Westminster, Eva also contributes to the academic community as a Visiting Lecturer at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate. Her earlier experiences include roles in commercial project management, intercompany finance, and research internships that laid a foundation for a successful career in real estate research and strategy.
