Jim Chan

Jim Chan currently serves as the Manager of Global HR Strategy and Operations at Prologis, leading HR initiatives that align with the company's business strategy. With prior experience as the Manager of Diversity & Belonging at Shopify, Jim worked to embed diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging into the company's practices. While at LinkedIn, Jim held multiple roles, including Global Co-Chair of the Asian Alliance, where efforts focused on community building and initiatives addressing anti-Asian hate, ultimately leading to significant investments in support programs. Jim's earlier career included consultancy at L.E.K. Consulting and Insight Strategy Advisors, specializing in developing strategic solutions for diverse industries. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Harvard University, along with certificates in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and in Human Resource Management & Analytics from The Wharton School.
