John Nicolich

John Nicolich is a professional with extensive experience in the fields of assurance and strategic capital. Currently serving as a Senior in Strategic Capital at Prologis since July 2023, John previously held roles at Moss Adams, first as an Assurance Senior and then as Assurance Staff, where audit testing and internal controls proficiency under PCAOB SOX 404(b) standards were key responsibilities. John holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the same institution. Additional experience includes work as a VO2 Max Technician and Exercise Physiologist, where patient care and exercise program supervision were emphasized, as well as academic roles as a Teaching Assistant and Student Ambassador.
