Maggie Xu

Maggie Xu is an accomplished professional in real estate development and construction, currently serving as the Director of Development and Construction at Prologis since April 2021, overseeing significant projects in Los Angeles valued between $50 to $200 million in the industrial sector. Previously, at Trojan Storage, Maggie managed over 12 self-storage projects worth $400 million, and at CenterCal Properties, LLC, led a $400 million mixed-use project in Redondo Beach. Experience also includes roles at Greenland USA managing a $1 billion mixed-use project, and contributions at Horizon Group Properties, Mobilitie, and Forestcity, where Maggie successfully developed various large-scale projects. Maggie holds a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from Stanford University, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master in Design in Real Estate Finance and Development from Harvard University.
