Megan Royer

Megan Royer is an experienced investment professional specializing in industrial and logistics real estate. Currently serving as Investment Director at Prologis since 2018, Megan's responsibilities encompass identifying, underwriting, and executing projects across the Mid-Atlantic Region. Prior to this role, Megan held various positions at USAA Real Estate Company, including Associate for Industrial/Logistics Development, where significant contributions included underwriting and presenting development opportunities and overseeing extensive industrial projects.
