Olivier Piani

Olivier Piani was named to the Prologis board of directors in May 2017. Mr. Piani is the chief executive officer and founder of OP Conseils, a real estate and finance consultancy that he started in January 2016. Mr. Piani is also a senior consultant with European private equity group Ardian. From September 2008 to December 2015, Mr. Piani was chief executive officer of Allianz Real Estate, the Allianz Group’s real estate and asset management investment platform. From 1998 to 2008, Mr. Piani built a pan-European platform spanning seven countries for GE Capital Real Estate. Prior to joining GE in 1998, Mr. Piani was chief executive officer of UIC-Sofal, a real estate bank. From 1982 to 1995, he held various leadership positions in the Paribas Group in Paris, New York and London.

In addition to serving as a Prologis board member, Mr. Piani is a director of Covivio, a publicly traded European investment and development company.

Mr. Piani is a graduate of Paris Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris and received an MBA from Stanford University.

Mr. Piani serves on the audit committee of the board.
