Winnie Yu

Winnie Yu currently serves as the Head of Capital Deployment at Prologis, a position held since October 2025, where the focus is on capital deployment strategy including market opportunity M&A, build-to-suit projects, and value-add portfolios. Prior to this role, Winnie held the title of Managing Director at LaSalle Investment Management from October 2018 to October 2025, specializing in acquisition, fund management, and asset management of logistics. Experience also includes serving as Senior Director at Tishman Speyer from February 2016 to October 2018, managing portfolios for USD and RMB funds, and as Vice President at Morgan Stanley from August 2007 to February 2016, focusing on real estate investing and asset management. Winnie started a career as a Financial Analyst at Standard Chartered Bank from September 2005 to August 2007, concentrating on business financial analysis. Winnie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Trade from Fudan University, obtained between 2001 and 2005.
